Fractional Creative Director ·

Most brands have
a great story
They just haven't

told it yet.

I'm Joel Peissig. For many years I've helped brands, from Wes Anderson films to global car companies to the Showtime Network, find and tell the story that changes how people see them.
Now I work with a small number of companies as a fractional creative director. Senior creative leadership, without the
full-time overhead.

02
Scope & structure We define the engagement — days per month, what you need me across, and what success looks like in 90 days.
03
Creative partnership Strategy sessions, creative reviews, campaign development, team direction — whatever the work calls for. Integrated, not parachuted in.
04
Ongoing or project-based Monthly retainer or a specific launch. Both work. We figure out what fits.
